Oto Adashino
A quiet girl who attends high school, not much is known about why she lives with her brother in an abandoned train station. But we do know that she doesn’t like to talk much, but what she loves is eating, so it's better not to invite her to eat or you will be ruined.
A very mysterious girl with a very particular gaze, as striking as her brother’s but much less useful. She says she sees "signs" everywhere where something supernatural occurred in the past, so she will show us how common these oddities seem.
Sumireko Ogawa
Sumireko Ogawa works full-time at the bookstore with Ren, she loves to write and dreams of being a writer. But at 28 years old, she hasn’t managed to publish more than one book, and that was when she was very young, so she is still trying to be a writer but without success.
She has an extremely striking body and the animators have known how to use it so that it is practically all the ecchi material of the anime. So rest assured you will see her in more than one way.

The truth is, Kaii to Otome to kamikakushi is an anime that stands out this season for its ecchi that no one expected in a mystery-themed series. But they really knew how to balance it, in the first chapter we can see that it’s not necessarily pure senseless ecchi but that they use it subtly.
It has a very broad and rich story that manages to captivate you with how the mysteries are deciphered, because they are based on assumptions. Varying between each of the millions of possible oddities, the enemy lurking in the shadows is identified.
