At the beginning, it shows us Princess Leah writing a farewell letter before her wedding. Sure that she was going to die after her wedding night, regretting her life, she shows us her past.
Before giving up on her life, Leah devised a plan as her last revenge against her family. A plan that would surely leave them in ruins even after becoming a cold corpse. It would shame them for not being a virgin bride.
She goes to a brothel where she meets a Karkan, people who are considered barbarians because they are more savage (like an animal) and are identified by their skin color. After spending the night with him, she ends up telling him that she wants to die. Confiding in him the only secret she has kept since being betrothed to a man twice her age, however, they will not see each other again... or will they? Can she escape her miserable destiny without having to die?
Characters of Predatory Marriage
Leah (Main Protagonist)
Princess of Estia, a princess who had a difficult childhood since she had a very strict education because she was the princess. She detests the castle and her family, but she detests herself the most. She is sold to an aristocrat 23 years older than her, who considers her the best product. Therefore, before marrying, she decides to go to a brothel to have relations with someone of her liking, meeting an unknown barbarian.

Ishakan
The king of the Kurkan, an intimidating but handsome man. His eyes are like those of a beast. He spends the night with our protagonist and from then on seeks a way to approach her without showing his true intentions. He worries a lot about her diet because he notices that she is too thin.

Blaine of Estia
Leah's stepbrother, he is aggressive towards our protagonist and tends to offend her. On her wedding day, he told her that when he was on the throne, he would return her to the palace to punish her. However, Leah only laughs saying that it will not last when she sees that he is just a cold corpse.

Opinion of Predatory Marriage
Predatory marriage is a story that I am enjoying so far, despite the fact that the drawing style is not one of my favorites. I must admit that they really present a good anatomy and the facial features go more towards semi-realism, capturing more attention and a fairly marked medieval aspect.
Her story is interesting, especially with the somewhat hot scenes. Sometimes it makes you angry at how so many things are forced on women of that time (of course, all represented through the protagonist). Like having to have a marriage of convenience, the abuse of a man towards a woman... among other things. The interesting thing is that the protagonist decides to marry after sleeping with a stranger and commit suicide on her wedding night. This is totally frustrated by the appearance of the chief of the savages, the unknown man who has become obsessed with the protagonist. Honestly, I am going to give this story a chance because I feel it can give more than one expects. Now, would you also give it that opportunity?
