Synopsis
Jiwoois a kind-hearted young man who leverages the quick reflexes of a cat to secretly make the world a better place - saving a little child or adopting a pet at once.Kaydenis a secret agent on the run, finding himself trapped in the body of a... um... decidedly fat and furry old cat. Together, armed with Jiwoo's superpowers and Kayden’s super intelligence, they set out to fight against those forces that would allow evil to rule this world. That is, if they can stand each other long enough to do the job.
Eleceed Characters
Seo Jiwoo
Jiwoo is the protagonist of this story. He is Kayden’s only disciple and the second person to have Electrokinesis, although his main ability is Super Speed. He is an independent Awakener and has attended the Awakened Academy with the sponsorship of the Shinhwa Association.
Break Kayden
Kayden is one of the most powerful Awakened humans in the world, if not the most powerful. Recognized by the world’s top 10, until he officially joined their ranks by defeating and subsequently killing a now ex/deceased member of the top 10, Astra. Due to being gravely injured as a result of an ambush by 3 members of the top 10, he needed to hide in order to heal and regain his original strength, forcing him to transform into a cat and can only maintain his human form by spending his energy.
Yoo Jisuk
Jisuk is one of the most powerful Awakened individuals, if not the most powerful, in his age group in South Korea. There are only 3 other teenagers who Awaken in Korea that can rival him, also adding Wooin and Jiwoo. His main ability is Aerokinesis. He has attended the Awakened Academy as a representative of the Shinhwa Association.
Wooin
Was a student of Dr. Delein, but after his arrest, he remains under the custody of Awakened Union and is a classmate of Jiwoo. His main ability is Telekinesis. He is an independent Awakener and has attended the Awakened Academy with the recommendation of the Awakened Union.
Opinion about Eleceed
This story is quite simple but engaging. Jiwoo, is a very healthy and sweet character, we follow his journey into the complex world of people with superpowers known as the "Awakened". But he’s not alone; he meets Kayden, who is known as one of the strongest Awakened alive, but unfortunately for him, he is forced to place his consciousness in the body of a cat, which led him to rely on Jiwoo for help.
The art is consistent, the fight scenes are well-executed and easy to follow. The characters and their dynamics between them are some of the most fun parts of this story. Jiwoo is very healthy and his positive energy is contagious. Kayden is everything opposite of Jiwoo, but also the perfect complement to his personality. The other characters are equally entertaining.
Eleceed, in summary, is a fun and powerful story with great characters. It has good story development so it’s a good recommendation if you like to read something fantasy and full of comedy.
