Opinion on "Charlotte and Her 5 Apprentices"

Charlotte and Her 5 Apprentices is an entertaining but somewhat long story, so you can take your time. However, it's easy to read. There are moments when you have to read with care and attention to detail to understand certain scenes. The drawings are striking due to their special effects, the creation of characters is well done but nothing outstanding. However, I loved the plot in particular.

It is about a woman whose life was never easy or simple. Living 129 years she achieved many things, such as saving people from cataclysm and having disciples above all else to teach them everything she could. Everything went well until she felt her end was near, regretting very much not knowing love.

This last thought is reincarnated in a girl, this made her think that maybe it had something to do with her unfulfilled longing for love, she set out to do precisely that, look for love. Only her 5 disciples remain her concern even after her supposed death.

I think the story goes at a good pace and is well thought out, flowing perfectly from both Charlotte's perspective as a tutor and formerly archmage as well as her disciples who were left with several problems after her death.

I think it is especially good for telling their stories in a way that is not narrative. By using flashbacks and present dynamics, the story advanced slowly but steadily. It is one of those hidden treasures, the author managed to capture a great story, breaking away from the conventional and giving an ending that at least to me, I was waiting for. If you like this type of stories, I recommend it 100%. Now, what do you think?
