The Duke's Teddy Bear tells us the story of Marshall, the illegitimate daughter of the count. After an accident when she was little, she is believed to be dead but remains in a coma and, when she comes to, she thinks everything will be fine.
Nothing could be further from reality, now she acquires new abilities, every time she thinks about sleeping, her soul leaves her body. Marshall takes everything the most positively of her strange phenomenon, however one day at the party to commemorate the armistice of the Imperial Palace, they pushed her aside and turned her into an invincible situation with the military commander-in-chief, Duke Ludvillian, whom they call the ‘Ice of the Empire’.
She manages to escape from that situation and decides to go to sleep, exploring the corners of the imperial palace until she finds a teddy bear, she is absorbed by this bear and it turns out to be none other than Duke Ludvillian, the person our protagonist least wants to see.

Marshall Radians (Main protagonist of The Duke’s Teddy Bear)
24 years old, illegitimate daughter of the count, has a complex about her red hair, she is the only one in the family with that peculiar hair color. After the incident she gains abilities such as her soul leaving her body when she faints or falls asleep and the power to possess the bodies of people or inanimate objects. She is a very curious person so becoming a ghost is very pleasant for her, it gives her the opportunity to explore, something she cannot do in her body because of her family's position.
Valerie Radians:
Older sister of the protagonist, twin of Brandon, is a friendly and charismatic person. After the incident on the stairs she treats her sister better. She was engaged to Baron Shik, but after discovering that he was cheating on her (having a wife and two children) she threatened him with a bottle. Such situation was publicized everywhere and now finding a fiancé has been a difficult task.
Brandon Radians
The oldest son of the family, is a 26-year-old man. He was the cause of the protagonist's accident. He has the strength of an ex-soldier but believes in ghosts and is very cowardly, he is a nocturnal gambler and tends to be scolded frequently.
Tamex Ludvillian:
He is the Duke, he is a high-level warrior, many fear him. He carries the bear that his sister gave him while he was at war everywhere. When he sees the teddy bear come to life, he says it’s a demon and tries to get rid of it. He calls his friend Ceciliano to perform an exorcism. Over time, he starts to grow fond of the bear and opens up to it.
Unbian Rondemus
He meets the protagonist in one of her training sessions in the garden, Marshall mistakes him for a gardener and he treats her coldly but then he begins to court Marshall, although sometimes she only considers him an annoying and obstructive person. He serves as support in difficult times and is the escort of the princess.
Ceciliano
He is an unconventional priest, he is a friend of Tamex, he assures that the bear is possessed by the demon.
Sachet Poen
Princess of the kingdom, she doesn't get along with Tamex at all. She mistreats the protagonist because she thinks she has an intimate relationship with Tamex. Curiously, she has the same hair color as Marshall.
Opinion of The Duke’s Teddy Bear
The Duke’s Teddy Bear is a light novel that has a good premise, I love the subtle comedy they use and the drawings are not so bad but they are also not very outstanding in my perspective.
It is not a typical story in which the protagonist has to be social and thank the male protagonist in the foreground. Her story has fantasy but it is entertaining, despite not being the type of stories that I would read and like from the first moment. It has its charm so you have to give it a chance.
