Athanasia de Eljeu Obelia
Daughter of Claude and Diona (a dancer from Shiodona who dies giving birth), all her life she dedicated herself to finding a way for her father to love her, unjustly dying in the hands of her own father. Athanasia (from Korea) reincarnates into the Athanasia of the novel after taking sleeping pills. Soon after, she realizes who she is and decides to make a plan, gather money to leave the palace but her father discovers her and now she has to win his favor and affection. She likes chocolate, is extroverted and manipulates with her adorable face, she has a great fear of her father that subsides over the years, in addition to an enormous concentration of magic.
Claude de Eljeu Obelia
Emperor of Obelia, he is a handsome, cold man who does not show any facial expression. He claims the throne after having killed his older brother and his father. The day Diona failed, he begins a massacre in the palace to kill his daughter, who consumed the life of his beloved but stops thanks to Lylian's courage. Since he reunited with his daughter, the only instinct was to kill her but for some reason he cannot do it. In every aspect, he sees in his daughter Diona.

Originally she is a daughter of a family of guards from the town. A reckless woman who admired Diona, after a dance presentation in the palace, decides to become Diona's honorary maid and volunteer to care for Athanasia.

One of the greatest knights of Obelia. Since his mother was lady-in-waiting of the empress, he grew up with Claude as if they were brothers. He is of a gentle and charming attitude. He becomes the princess's main escort. He becomes friends with the princess but noticing that she is very clever and seeks friends who are more intelligent than her, decides to study on his own.
Opinion of "One day I became a princess"
"One day I became a princess" is a charming story that stands out for its art which is very well defined and beautifully colored. The plot is somewhat cliché but with unexpected twists that make it entertaining, demonstrating that they manage to take advantage of every situation in the story.
We will see how the protagonist will develop and how she will gradually "soften" her father, besides how more and more characters will appear who will be of help to her despite being taken as character X who did nothing to avoid their death. Here they denounce that from the person you least expect is in whom you can incredibly trust.
One does not get bored at any time, each chapter wants to see the outcome and ends up reading another chapter and so on. It’s a story worth reading if you like this type of theme and visually I assure you that you will fall in love.
